О современной ситуации в мире действительной сущности войны на Украине

Тезисы доклада представителя ЦК РКРП на Международной теоретической конференции по империализму и войне в Амстердаме 14-15 октября 2023г.

Приветствуем всех товарищей! Благодарим товарищей из Народного Демократического Фронта Филиппин как организаторов конференции, предоставившие нам возможность высказать свои позиции и обменяться аргументами.

1. Сегодня мы разбираем вопрос отношения к идущей войне, о котором ВИ Ленин говорил, что: «Это основной вопрос современного социализма»¹. В т.ч. мы говором по существу глубоких политических и теоретических разногласий в международном коммунистическом движении.

По большому счету в комдвижении сегодня сформировались два направления, в соответствии с которым на последней международной встрече коммунистических и рабочих партий в Гаване в октябре 2022г. было подписано два альтернативных заявления ( Резолюцию об империалистической войне на территории Украины (Solidnet | 22-я ММКВ, РЕЗОЛЮЦИЯ об империалистической войне на территории Украины)² и Заявление «Борьба с империализмом США и НАТО, рвущимся к мировой гегемонии – важнейшая задача прогрессивных сил!» ( Solidnet | 22nd IMCWP, The Struggle Against USA and NATO Imperialism which Seek World Hegemony is the Key Task of the Progressive Forces)³

Одно, это те, кто, по нашей оценке, на практике механически применили формулы большевиков образца 1914-1916г. к сегодняшней ситуации и объявили войну меж империалистической для всех участников, соответственно возложив равную ответственность на все задействованные в конфликте стороны. Понятно, что эти товарищи назвали СВО (Специальная военная операция) недопустимым вторжением России на Украину.

Второе, к которому относится и наша РКРП, это те товарищи, которые сочли, что ситуация сегодня качественно отличается от времен Первой мировой. Проведенный анализ привел нас к выводу, что в действиях РФ и СВО несомненно имеется защитная составляющая, то есть элемент справедливой национальной войны.

Стороны ведут между собой теоретическую и политическую полемику, весьма острую и порой переходящую на личностные оценки и наклеивание ярлыков. При этом и те, и

другие, в своих выкладках вроде бы опираются и даже обильно цитируют ВИ Ленина. Как тут разобраться?

• В чем стороны согласны

Прежде всего, зададимся вопросом: являются ли позиции сторон столь антагонистическими с классовой точки зрения, чтобы считать друг друга противниками?

Думается, что, не смотря на весь накал споров, обиды и обвинения, спешить с такими утверждениями все же не стоит.

С нашей точки зрения стороны дискуссии одинаково признают основополагающие положения марксизма о войне и одинаково понимают, что:

• войны на земли народов республик СССР принесли контрреволюция 1989-91г. и установившийся капитализм;
• причиной данного противостояния являются противоречия крупнейших сил мирового империализма (США, ЕС и их союзники по НАТО с одной стороны, России, Китая и их союзники с другой) и схватка за первенство на территории Украины;
• покончить с фашизмом и войнами окончательно можно лишь покончив во всех странах с капитализмом, выйдя на путь социализма;
• желательно перерастание войны (империалистической по оценкам одних и защитной в оценках другой стороны) в войну за социализм во всех задействованных странах.

Вот, до этого момента у большинства партий есть совпадение позиций. А это очень даже немало. Это говорит о том, что стороны «разногласий» одинаково твердо усвоили основные прописные выводы марксизма, но вот знаний и умения разобраться в конкретной ситуации и тенденциях её развития, что, как известно, составляет живую душу марксизма, некоторым товарищам явно не хватает. Но, давайте разбираться вместе, советуясь с ВИ Лениным. При этом мы помним, сколько раз Ленин повторял, что готовых рецептов нет! Надо иметь свою голову на плечах, чтобы уметь разобраться в ситуации и применить марксистские формулы.

• Советуясь с Лениным

Товарищи, которые, без всяких сомнений объявили войну империалистической для всех сторон, а посему с полным основанием приводят как, по их мнению, железное доказательство цитату Ленина: “Защита отечества в империалистической войне есть измена социализму” ⁴. Справедливо? Без всяких сомнений, если мы войну определяем как чисто империалистическую для обеих воюющих сторон. А так ли это в нашей ситуации? Достаточно ли для такого вывода исходить из факта, что мы все, без сомнения, живем в эпоху империализма, что в воюющих странах господствуют монополии, что, как уже отмечалось выше, обе стороны разногласий признают, что

причиной противостояния являются противоречия крупнейших сил мирового империализма (США, ЕС и их союзники по НАТО с одной стороны, России, Китая и их союзники с другой)? Ведь именно эти противоречия привели в итоге к схватке на территории Украины.

Думаем, что недостаточно. Ведь еще Ленин по этому поводу высказывался вполне определенно: «Отрицание всякой возможности национальных войн при империализме теоретически неправильно, исторически явно ошибочно, а практически оно равняется европейскому шовинизму…»⁵. Нам сразу скажут, что нынешняя война для России никакая не демократическая и не революционно-освободительная. Мол, она однозначно империалистическая. Однако, сходу соглашаться в этом не будем, а будем пытаться разобраться вместе с Лениным. Он нам подсказывает, что чтобы не быть карикатурой на марксизм, нужно разбираться с конкретной, в данном случае нашей,  современной  войной,  выявлять  её  действительную  сущность.  Слова

«действительная сущность» показывают, что надо отличать кажущееся от действительного, внешность от сущности, фразы от дела.

• Действительная сущность войны США и НАТО против России

ВИ Ленин нас учит: «Как же найти “действительную сущность” войны, как определить ее? Война есть продолжение политики. Надо изучить политику перед войной, политику, ведущую и приведшую к войне».⁶

В нашем случае изучать политику перед войной нужно даже не с 2014г., когда начались боевые действия на Донбассе, а правильнее по крайней мере с 1991г, когда в СССР свершилась контрреволюция и распался Советский Союз.

Конечно, вина российского капитализма в приведении страны к столкновению с некогда братским народом Украины несомненна. Капитализм принес войны на земли республик СССР. Российский капитализм и власти РФ классовые союзники своему нынешнему противнику. Более того, мы помним, как Ельцин выступая в конгрессе США провозглашал: «Господи, благослови Америку!», а затем сам Путин просился у Клинтона принять Россию в НАТО. Российский буржуазный класс рассчитывал, что его примут в мировую элиту на равных. По крайней мере не будут особенно ущемлять в правах и возможностях. И первые годы, при Ельцине и раннем Путине, послушно, даже с энтузиазмом, власти руководствовались советами и прямыми указаниями с Запада. Сворачивали собственное высокотехнологичное производство, науку, вооруженные силы. Развивали в основном лишь сырьевые отрасли и первичную переработку. Но, на мировом капиталистическом рынке, как и предупреждали коммунисты, даже ослабленная Россия равной среди других сильнейших держав никому не нужна. Это недавно, 13 июня 2023г., в своей беседе с военными корреспондентами, простовато, но зато искренне выразил президент Путин: « И вы знаете, я уже говорил, это не секрет, и нашим западным партнерам, как я их все время

называл, мы же все предложили, мы считали, что мы свои, буржуинские, мы хотим быть в этой семье так называемых цивилизованных народов. И в НАТО я удочки забросил: давайте рассмотрим эту возможность, – нас щелк оттуда, даже рассматривать не стали, …»⁷ . Таким образом, для нас, коммунистов, несомненно, что идут свои, буржуинские, разборки. Продолжая образные, из советской литературной классики для детей, выражения президента – разборки по вопросам корзин печенья и бочек варенья. Очень хотят, не получили. А получили щелчок по носу. Поэтому мы однозначно констатируем, что весь патриотизм Путина и российского правящего класса, образно говоря, сводился к желанию самим без помех и обременений эксплуатировать российские газо-нефтяные трубы, присваивать ренту с продажи природных ископаемых, но им и этой возможности не предоставили.

Целью самого сильного в мире империализма США и его союзников являлось не просто ослабление российского конкурента, а его подавление и желательно расчленение. Для чего целенаправленно велась политика вбивания клиньев в отношения России с бывшими республиками Союза, стягивалось кольцо НАТО вокруг РФ, вводились различные экономические ограничения.

Одновременно США добиваются расширения своего влияния на европейском рыночном пространстве, в т.ч. через экономическое ослабление своих союзников. Пример борьбы против проекта «Северный поток» и работа по замене его поставками сжиженного газа из США является наиболее простым и показательным примером для понимания ситуации. Для этого они целенаправленно и последовательно вели работу по стравливанию не только властей, но и народов России и Украины. С этой целью империализм пошел даже на поощрение возрождения на Украине и использования в карательных целях обыкновенного фашизма бандеровского образца 1941 – 45 гг.

В 2014г, когда на Украине с помощью Запада был осуществлен государственный переворот, к власти в Киеве пришли откровенные нацисты, прямо заявляющие о своей идейной преемственности соратникам Гитлера – Бандере и Шухевичу, которых официально объявили национальными героями.

Открытые военные действия по отношению России и русскому народу ведутся по крайней мере с 2014г.!!! Поэтому действительная сущность войны со стороны США и НАТО, которая ведется руками нацистской Украины, является однозначно империалистической, агрессивной, захватнической.

В случае поражения России, повторения ею судьбы Югославии, Ирака, Ливии, железная пята современной фашистской диктатуры установится над большинством стран мира надолго. Это не в интересах рабочего класса ни России, ни Украины, ни мира. Поэтому действительная сущность войны со стороны России, тем более Донбасса, во многом носит вынужденный, защитительный характер.

Эту войну США и их союзники будут поддерживать как можно дольше, подбрасывая в очаг дрова для поддержания огня. Это бизнес, лекарство от кризиса, миллиардные заказы и соответствующие доходы. Это борьба США за сохранение гегемонии в мире, формирование будущего мира капиталов.

• Откуда проистекают столь глубокие различия в наших оценках?

На международной арене разность оценок происходит прежде всего между партиями, ориентирующимися на компартию Греции, и партиями бывшего Советского Союза и соцлагеря, РКРП и их союзниками. Мы, при всем нашем уважении к греческим товарищам, считаем, что они допускают крупные теоретические ошибки в трактовке ленинской теории империализма, когда выбрасываете ядро содержания учения о горстке особенно богатых и могущественных, наиболее хищных империалистических государств, которые грабят весь мир. Вместо этого они предлагают теорию некой пирамиды, где все государства империалистические, только разного уровня. Мы считаем, что товарищи сами запутались и многих других запутали.

Сегодня сущность империализма с ленинских времен не изменилась. Ныне эта горстка стран, которые грабят весь мир, возглавляется империалистами Соединенных Штатов Америки и их ближайшими союзниками блока НАТО. Этот мощнейший блок наиболее крупных империалистических хищников ведет борьбу за свое доминирование в мире.

Сегодняшнее качественное отличие ситуации от 1916г. заключается в том, что сложилось мощнейшее единое ядро империалистических хищников, которое, конечно, противостоит другому капиталистическому лагерю (Россия, КНР, страны БРИКС и др.), но в качестве цели, в качестве сиюминутной жертвы выбрали Россию, рассчитывая за счет её поражения и расчленения решить на какое-то время свои внутриэкономические проблемы. Как в 1991г они отодвинули свой кризис за счет разрушения СССР.

Другой крупной ошибкой греческих товарищей, мы считаем, является отказ от теоретических разработок Коминтерна, прежде всего от определения сущности фашизма и соответственно тактики борьбы с использованием народных фронтов. Отсюда вытекает их скептическое отношение к нашим оценкам внешней политики США и империалистического блока. Однако практика, как критерий истины, доказывают нашу правоту. То, что проводит во внешней политике этот блок, это по определению настоящий фашизм, реализующийся сегодня на Украине и в процессах фашизации в странах блока (особенно в Прибалтике и Польше).

• Борьба должна быть продолжена!

В заключении выступления по поручению ЦК нашей партии ещё раз высказываю мнение, что основная угроза миру, главный враг на сегодня – империалистический блок во главе с США и НАТО.

Как мы уже отмечали выше, в отличие от 1914-го, сегодня та самая, выделенная Лениным, горстка особенно богатых и могущественных государств сформировала

единую, сплоченную, мощнейшую хищную стаю во главе с США и НАТО, которая экономическими, политическими и военно-террористическими методами ведут борьбу за сохранение своей гегемонии в мире. Поэтому, сегодня оппортунист — это не только тот, кто, жертвуя классовыми интересами, присягает своему империалистическому отечеству. Оппортунисты сегодня — те, кто в своей политической близорукости представляют дело таким образом, что воюющие стороны в лице РФ, стран ЕС и блока НАТО во главе с США борются между собой просто за передел сфер влияния, контроль путей транспортировки и пр. Украину и её народ данные товарищи, опирающиеся на догматически понимаемый марксизм, представляют в виде боксерской груши, которую бьют империалисты со всех сторон. Позиция этих нетвойнистов на деле сводится к возложению равной ответственности на все воюющие стороны, и тем самым осуществляется увод от ответственности главного агрессора – США и НАТО. А призыв «остановить войну» равносилен предложению прекратить воевать с фашизмом, и тем самым приближает его возможный триумф, а, следовательно, и приговор для всех трудящихся классов.

Поэтому, отрицание национального защитного характера СВО со стороны России, руководствуясь указаниями ВИ Ленина, теоретически неправильно, исторически явно ошибочно, а практически оно равняется европейскому шовинизму ⁸… . Сегодня приходится уточнить, что это получается американо – европейский и пронатовский шовинизм. Говорить об истинном интернационализме, как пробуют себя позиционировать такие товарищи, явно не приходится. Хотя они честно выступают против войны как таковой, т.е. против гибели людей и бедствий для народов, упуская её классовый империалистический характер для США и НАТО. Но, как известно, честный оппортунизм наиболее опасный оппортунизм.

В создавшихся условиях по мнению РКРП коммунисты всего мира обязаны всеми силами и методами работать на поражение блока США-НАТО, на пресечение распространения и укрепления фашизма на Украине и в мире. Для этого годятся любые методы и все возможные союзники! РКРП считает, что только поражение блока

«США и НАТО» в текущей войне, то есть если устоит буржуазная Россия и победит (свергнет) Киевский нацистский режим, только это несомненно создаст более благоприятные условия для развития рабочего движения и для борьбы за социализм во всех странах.

Несколько слов о МАИП и КНР. Мы тоже не согласны с рядом положений позиции Всемирной                               антиимпериалистической            платформы,            например            о антиимпериалистическом характере России и Китая, но …. С одним авангардом победить нельзя! На сегодняшний момент это союзники в борьбе с главной опасностью – с несущей угрозу железной пяты фашизма всему миру империалистической своры американо-натовского империализма. Поэтому, всем желаем успехов, чтобы разобраться в ситуации и предлагаем продолжить нашу общую борьбу.

On the current situation in the world, the real essence of the war in Ukraine

Theses of the report of the representative of the Central Committee of the RCWP at the International Theoretical Conference on Imperialism and War in Amsterdam on October 14-15, 2023.

Greetings to all comrades! We thank the comrades from the Popular Democratic Front of the Philippines as organizers of the conference, who gave us the opportunity to express our positions and exchange arguments.

1. Today we are analyzing the question of our attitude to the ongoing war, about which VI Lenin said that: “This is the basic question of modern socialism.” In particular, we are talking about the essentially profound political and theoretical differences in the international communist movement.

By and large, two directions have formed in the communist movement today, according to which, at the last international meeting of the Communist and Workers’ Parties in Havana in October 2022, two alternative statements were signed (Resolution on the imperialist war on the territory of Ukraine (Solidnet | 22nd MMKV, RESOLUTION on the imperialist war on the territory of Ukraine) and the Statement “The struggle against imperialism of the United States and NATO, eager for world hegemony is the most important task of progressive forces!” ( Solidnet | 22nd IMCWP, The Struggle Against USA and NATO Imperialism which Seek World Hegemony is the Key Task of the Progressive Forces)

One is those who, in our opinion, mechanically applied the formulas of the Bolsheviks of the 1914-1916 model in practice to the current situation and declared the war an inter- imperialist war by all participants, accordingly imposing equal responsibility on all parties involved in the conflict. It is clear that these comrades called the Special Military Operation an unacceptable Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The second, to which our RCWP belongs, are those comrades who considered that the situation today is qualitatively different from the times of the First World War. The analysis led us to the conclusion that there is undoubtedly a protective component in the actions of the Russian Federation and the Special Military Operation, that is, an element of a just national war.

The parties have a theoretical and political debate among themselves, which is very sharp and sometimes turns into personal assessments and labeling. At the same time, both of them, in their calculations, seem to rely on and even abundantly quote Lenin. How to figure it out?

• What the parties agree on

First of all, let us ask ourselves the question: are the positions of the parties so antagonistic from the class point of view as to consider each other as opponents?

It seems that, despite all the intensity of disputes, resentment and accusations, there is still no need to rush with such statements.

From our point of view, the parties to the debate equally recognize the fundamental tenets of Marxism on war and equally understand that:

• the wars on the lands of the peoples of the republics of the USSR brought the counter-revolution of 1989-91 and established capitalism;
• the reason for this confrontation is the contradictions of the largest forces of world imperialism (the United States, the EU and their NATO allies on the one hand, Russia, China and their allies on the other) and the struggle for primacy on the territory of Ukraine;
• it is possible to put an end to fascism and wars definitively only by putting an end to capitalism in all countries, by taking the path of socialism;
• It is desirable that the war (imperialist in the estimations of some and defensive in the assessments of the other side) escalate into a war for socialism in all the countries involved.

Up to this point, most parties have a convergence of positions. And this is a lot. This suggests that the parties to the “disagreements” have equally firmly assimilated the basic common conclusions of Marxism, but some comrades clearly lack the knowledge and ability to understand the specific situation and the tendencies of its development, which, as you know, constitutes the living soul of Marxism. But let’s figure it out together, consulting with

V.I. Lenin. At the same time, we remember how many times Lenin repeated that there are no ready-made recipes! You have to have your head on your shoulders in order to be able to understand the situation and apply Marxist formulas.

• Consulting with Lenin

Comrades who, without any doubt, have declared the war to be imperialist for all parties, and therefore with good reason cite Lenin’s quote as iron proof: “The defense of the fatherland in the imperialist war is a betrayal of socialism.” Fairly? Without any doubt, if we define the war as purely imperialist for both belligerents. Is this the case in our situation? Is it sufficient for such a conclusion to proceed from the fact that we all undoubtedly live in an epoch of imperialism, that monopolies dominate the belligerent countries, that, as noted above, both sides of the disagreement admit that the cause of the confrontations are the contradictions of the largest forces of world imperialism (the United States, the EU and their NATO allies on the one hand, Russia, China and their allies on the other)? After all, it was these contradictions that eventually led to a fight on the territory of Ukraine.

We think that is not enough. After all, even Lenin spoke quite clearly on this occasion: “The denial of any possibility of national wars under imperialism is theoretically wrong, historically clearly erroneous, and in practice it is equal to European chauvinism …”. We will be told at once that the present war for Russia is neither democratic nor revolutionary-

liberation. Like, it is unequivocally imperialist. However, we will not agree on this right away, but we will try to figure it out together with Lenin. He tells us that in order not to be a caricature of Marxism, it is necessary to deal with a concrete, in this case, our, modern war, to reveal its real essence. The words “real essence” show that it is necessary to distinguish the apparent from the real, appearance from essence, phrases from deeds.

• The real essence of the war of the United States and NATO against Russia

V. Lenin teaches us: “How can we find the ‘real essence’ of war, how can we define it? War is a continuation of politics. It is necessary to study the policy before the war, the policy that leads and led to the war.

In our case, it is necessary to study politics before the war not even from 2014, when hostilities began in the Donbass, but more correctly at least since 1991, when the counter- revolution took place in the USSR and the Soviet Union collapsed.

Of course, the guilt of Russian capitalism in bringing the country to clash with the once fraternal people of Ukraine is undeniable. Capitalism brought wars to the lands of the republics of the USSR. Russian capitalism and the authorities of the Russian Federation are class allies of their current adversary. Moreover, we remember how Yeltsin, speaking in the US Congress, proclaimed: “God bless America!”. And then Putin himself asked Clinton to admit Russia to NATO. The Russian bourgeois class hoped that it would be accepted into the world elite on an equal footing. That, at least, they would not particularly infringe on rights and opportunities. And the first years, under Yeltsin and early Putin, obediently, even enthusiastically, the authorities were guided by advice and direct instructions from the West. They curtailed their own high-tech production, science, and the armed forces. Basically, only raw materials industries and primary processing were developed. But, in the world capitalist market, as the Communists warned, no one needs even a weakened Russia equal among the other strongest powers. Recently, on June 13, 2023, in his conversation with war correspondents, President Putin expressed it rustically, but sincerely: “And you know, I have already said, this is not a secret, and to our Western partners, as I called them all the time, we proposed everything, we believed that we were our own, bourgeois. We wanted to be in this family of so-called civilized peoples. And I threw fishing rods into NATO: let’s consider this possibility – we were thrown out from there, they didn’t even consider us … “. Thus, for us Communists, there is no doubt that there are bourgeois showdowns of our own. Continuing the figurative, from the Soviet literary classics for children, the president’s expressions – a showdown on the issues of baskets of cookies and barrels of jam. They really want to, they didn’t get it. And they got a hit on the nose. Therefore, we unequivocally state that all the patriotism of Putin and the Russian ruling class, figuratively speaking, boiled down to the desire to exploit Russian gas and oil pipelines without interference and encumbrances, to appropriate rent from the sale of natural resources, but they were not given this opportunity either.

The goal of the world’s strongest imperialism of the United States and its allies was not just to weaken the Russian competitor, but to suppress it and, preferably, dismember it. For this purpose, the policy of driving wedges into Russia’s relations with the former republics of the

Union was purposefully pursued, the NATO ring around the Russian Federation was tightened, and various economic restrictions were introduced.

At the same time, the United States is seeking to expand its influence in the European market space, including through the economic weakening of its allies. The example of the struggle against the Nord Stream project and the work to replace it with the supply of liquefied gas from the United States is the simplest and most illustrative example for understanding the situation. To do this, they purposefully and consistently worked to pit not only the authorities, but also the peoples of Russia and Ukraine. To this end, imperialism even went so far as to encourage the revival in the Ukraine and the use of ordinary fascism of the Bandera model of 1941-45 for punitive purposes.

In 2014, when a coup d’état was carried out in Ukraine with the help of the West, outright Nazis came to power in Kiev, directly declaring their ideological continuity to Hitler’s comrades-in-arms – Bandera and Shukhevych, who were officially declared national heroes.

Open hostilities against Russia and the Russian people have been going on since at least 2014!! Therefore, the real essence of the war on the part of the United States and NATO, which is being waged by the hands of Nazi Ukraine, is unequivocally imperialist, aggressive, predatory.

In the event of Russia’s defeat, its repetition of the fate of Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya, the iron heel of the modern fascist dictatorship will be established over most countries of the world for a long time. This is not in the interests of the working class, neither Russia, nor Ukraine, nor the world. Therefore, the real essence of the war on the part of Russia, especially the Donbass, is largely forced, defensive.

The United States and its allies will maintain this war for as long as possible, throwing firewood into the hearth to maintain the fire. This is a business, a cure for the crisis, billions of orders and related revenues. This is the struggle of the United States to maintain hegemony in the world, to shape the future world of capital.

• Where do such profound differences in our assessments come from?

In the international arena, the difference in assessments occurs primarily between the parties oriented towards the Greek Communist Party and the parties of the former Soviet Union and the socialist camp, the RCWP and their allies. We, with all due respect to the Greek comrades, believe that they are making major theoretical errors in the interpretation of Lenin’s theory of imperialism when you throw away the core of the content of the doctrine of a handful of especially rich and powerful, most predatory imperialist states that plunder the whole world. Instead, they propose the theory of a kind of pyramid, where all states are imperialist, only at different levels. We believe that the comrades themselves have become confused and have confused many others.

Today, the essence of imperialism has not changed since Lenin’s time. Today, this handful of countries that plunder the whole world are led by the imperialists of the United States of America and their closest allies, the NATO bloc. This most powerful bloc of the largest imperialist predators is fighting for its dominance in the world.

Today’s qualitative difference between the situation and 1916 lies in the fact that there is a powerful single core of imperialist predators, which, of course, opposes another capitalist camp (Russia, China, BRICS countries, etc.), but they chose Russia as a goal, as a momentary victim, hoping to solve their internal economic problems for some time due to its defeat and dismemberment. As in 1991, they pushed back their crisis due to the destruction of the USSR.

Another major mistake of the Greek comrades, we believe, is the rejection of the theoretical elaborations of the Comintern, first of all of the definition of the essence of fascism and, accordingly, the tactics of struggle with the use of popular fronts. Hence their skepticism about our assessments of the foreign policy of the United States and the imperialist bloc. However, practice, as a criterion of truth, proves us right. What this bloc is pursuing in foreign policy is, by definition, real fascism, which is being implemented today in Ukraine and in the processes of fascism in the countries of the bloc (especially in the Baltic States and Poland).

• The fight must continue!

At the end of my speech on behalf of the Central Committee of our party, I once again express the opinion that the main threat to peace, the main enemy today is the imperialist bloc led by the United States and NATO.

As we noted above, in contrast to 1914, today the very handful of especially rich and powerful states singled out by Lenin has formed a single, cohesive, powerful predatory flock led by the United States and NATO, which is fighting for the preservation of its hegemony in the world by economic, political and military-terrorist methods. Therefore, today an opportunist is not only one who, sacrificing class interests, swears allegiance to his imperialist fatherland.

Opportunists today are those who, in their political short-sightedness, present the matter in such a way that the parties in war, represented by the Russian Federation, the EU countries and the NATO bloc led by the United States are fighting among themselves simply for the redistribution of spheres of influence, control of transportation routes, etc. which is being beaten by the imperialists from all sides. The position of these non-warriors in fact boils down to imposing equal responsibility on all belligerents, and thereby diverting the responsibility of the main aggressor – the United States and NATO. And the call to “stop the war” is tantamount to a proposal to stop fighting fascism, and thus brings its possible triumph, and, consequently, the verdict for all the working classes.

Therefore, the denial of the national protective nature of the Special Military Operation by Russia, guided by the instructions of V.I. Lenin, is theoretically wrong, historically clearly erroneous, and in practice it is equal to European chauvinism   Today we have to clarify

that this turns out to be American-European and pro-NATO chauvinism. There is clearly no need to talk about true internationalism, as such comrades try to position themselves. Although they honestly oppose war as such, i.e. against loss of life and misery for peoples, missing its class imperialist character for the United States and NATO. But, as you know, honest opportunism is the most dangerous opportunism.

Under the current conditions, according to the RCRP, the communists of the whole world are obliged to work with all their might and methods to defeat the US-NATO bloc, to suppress the spread and strengthening of fascism in Ukraine and in the world. Any methods and all possible allies are suitable for this! The RCWP believes that only the defeat of the “USA and NATO” bloc in the current war, that is, if bourgeois Russia resists and defeats (overthrows) the Kiev Nazi regime, only this will undoubtedly create more favorable conditions for the development of the workers’ movement and for the struggle for socialism in all countries.

A few words about MAIP and China. We also do not agree with a number of provisions of the position of the World Anti-Imperialist Platform, for example, the anti-imperialist character of Russia and China, but …. You can’t win with only the avant-garde! At the moment, they are allies in the fight against the main danger – the imperialist pack of US- NATO imperialism, which threatens the iron heel of fascism to the whole world. Therefore, we wish everyone success in understanding the situation and offer to continue our common struggle.
