Ka Cleo del Mundo, spokesperson of the NPA-Southern Tagalog (Melito Glor Command), leads the discussion of the message of the CPP Southern Tagalog Regional Party Committee on the occasion of the 57th anniversary of the New People’s Army in one of the region’s guerrilla fronts.

Ka Cleo was joined by fellow Red fighters and revolutionary masses. The gathering served as one of the many celebrations of the NPA in Southern Tagalog and across the country.
