Liga ng Agham para sa Bayan (LAB, Science League for the People), an organization of patriotic scientists, technologists, and engineers, working for national liberation and democracy in the Philippines through armed struggle, warmly salutes you graduates and congratulates you as you ready yourself towards becoming a full-fledged scientist, technologist, or engineer. Despite deepening economic crisis in our country and in the world over, you struggled very hard to surpass all sorts of problems inside and outside the school, from looking for matriculation funds and buying or acquiring books to persistent efforts to obtain the knowledge that is not accessible to the majority.
