POW PO3 Tumol asks for suspension of military operations

The New People's Army in Southern Mindanao releases a four-minute and 16-second video clip of Prisoner of War PO3 Eduardo C. Tumol which was taken last week in the East Coast hinterlands.
In the video, POW Tumol requests his superior PNP Davao Oriental Provincial Mobile Group head Sr. Insp. Angel Sumagaysay to ask the Philippine Army to suspend military operations so as not to endanger his life and deter his release.
