Across borders and oceans, Filipino migrants carry with them not only their skills and labor, but also their history, their aspirations, and their unyielding connection to the homeland. Dispersed across the globe, they confront conditions of exploitation, discrimination, and displacement. Yet within these conditions also lie their immense potential for collective strength and organized resistance.

This booklet is published to provide practical information and to serve as a political guide for revolutionary organizers of Compatriots-NDFP, the underground revolutionary movement of Filipinos overseas and affiliated with the National Democratic Front of the Philippines. Contained in this booklet are the founding documents of Compatriots-NDFP, its constitution and its program as well as a select few stories of Filipino migrant struggles across the globe. It also includes the 12-point program of the NDFP which stands as the Filipino people’s rallying demands for a just and democratic society. It is intended to assist in the vital task of expanding and consolidating the revolutionary mass movement, strengthening our ranks so that more can meaningfully contribute to the advance of the Philippine revolution.
