The top honcho of an online misinformation outfit functioning as military mouthpiece recently posted about the existence of supposed alliance between the revolutionary forces in Northern Negros and local warlords which he did not name to explain the series of successful punitive actions of Roselyn Jean Pelle Command-New People’s Army (RJPC-NPA) amassing numerous firearms.
According to his distorted logic, RJPC-NPA could not have done it alone without the help of the private armed goons of local warlords. He went further in claiming sans proof that some of the punitive actions were actually the handiwork of these private goons and RJPC-NPA only took the credit.
The rationale for this outlandish contention is obvious and crystal clear which is to maintain the collapsing of 79th IB’s narrative that the NPA in Northern Negros are only “remnants” and on the verge of defeat.
Clearly, the 79th IB is now in disarray on how to spin these successful NPA actions that refuted its official narrative. In desperation, they employed the service of a notorious red tagger and intriguer to sow confusion by throwing rubbish issues and absurd claims a la Trump to divert public’s attention.
The series of punitive actions of the Red fighters are indicative not only of NPA’s heightened capacity to mount offensive actions near the national highway and town center, but also of widening and deepening mass and popular support.
The so-called Left-Right alliance in Northern Negros exist only inside the frivolous mind of the military mouthpiece who watch movies and read a lot of fiction novels. it has no basis in facts and reality.
The NPA in Northern Negros and other guerilla fronts in the island are being reinvigorated by the Third Rectification Movement initiated by the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP). It has frustrated and continue to frustrate enemy’s campaigns of encirclement and suppression. It persisted in threading the path towards full recovery and advance.
