It is a pleasure for our Party, the Communist Party of Mexico (Marxist-Leninist), and the Revolutionary Popular Front-Mexico, address you to greet the National Democratic Front-Philippines (NDFP), likewise the New People’s Army (NPA), hoping that through the International Office of the NDFF, you get our message to the thousands of men and women who fight every day in the battle for the Proletarian Revolution in more than 7 thousands of Philippines islands.

On the occasion to the 45 anniversary of the New People’s Army We want to share the joy that overwhelms your organizations and Filipino people, we send it a combative and revolutionary greeting expressing this, our recognition by the fierce battle and the victories that have been obtained in the fight against the national bourgeoisie and imperialism.

We are convinced that the only way out for ending wage exploitation and imperialist oppression, the organized revolutionary violence of the people which should be crowned with general armed insurrection of the working class, peasant masses and all the people, therefore, we believe that it is fundamental to the role played by the New People’s Army, in this expectation. Every military and political victory that the NPA obtains and each defeat that delivers you to the imperialism is also a victory for the proletariat and peoples of the world. We are convinced that during this time has been fundamental the politic direction of the Communist Party of Philippines (m-l-m), therefore also take this opportunity to greet the Filipino communist, because of its importance in the construction of the NPA, just like mass organizations and the construction of the United Front of anti-imperialist and anti-fascist character at the international level.

In the midst of the general crisis of the capitalist-imperialist system, consider a task of the first order is, keep on building space of unity and solidarity with the struggle of the proletariat and peoples of the world, therefore actively promote the International League People’s Struggle (ILPS), where agree with various mass organizations of the Philippines and from all continents.

Finally we call as with the experience of struggle that have accumulated during these 45 years of combat, to move forward on the road of the proletarian revolution in the Philippines, to become an example to be followed of all the peoples of the world.

Long live the 45 years of NPA!
Long live proletarian internationalism!
