Despite of Duterte’s almost-half-a-year martial law in Mindanao, several operatives of the New People’s Army – North Central Mindanao Region (NPA-NCMR) were still able to launch tactical offensives. Among these was the military action in Agusan del Norte by the end of October.
On October 25, 2017, 3:00 PM, NPA – Western Agusan del Norte – Agusan del Sur Subregional Command (NPA – WANAS) forces simultaneously harassed a police station in Brgy. San Mateo, Butuan City and a camp of the 23rd IB in Brgy. Balungagan, Las Nieves in Agusan del Norte. In the said operations, NPA killed five while wounded three enemies.
Until present, the US-Duterte regime did not cease from its brutal attacks against the revolutionary forces, not only in the region but also all over the country. These military actions would serve as another blow to the Duterte regime’s failure in defending itself from the intensification of the revolutionary movement that would eventually burry this regime and the bureaucrat-capitalist system to the dustbin of history. #

Subling pag-atake sa NPA: 5 ang napatay sa kasundalohan
Taliwala sa magtunga-sa-tuig nang martial law sa Mindanao, nakahimo pa gihapon paglunsad og serye sa mga taktikal nga opensiba ang lain-laing yunit sa New People Army sa North Central Mindanao Region (NPA-NCMR). Usa niini ang aksyong militar nga gilunsad sa Agusan del Norte sa hinapos sa Oktubre.
Niadtong Oktubre 25, sa may alas 3:00 sa hapon, dungan-dungan nga gi-haras sa mga pwersa sa NPA-Western Agusan del Norte-Agusan del Sur Subregional Command (NPA-WANAS) ang istasyon sa kapulisan sa Brgy. San Mateo, Butuan City ug ang kampo sa 23rd IB sa Brgy. Balungagan, Las Nieves sa Agusan del Norte. Niini nga mga operasyon, napatay ang lima ka kaaway samtang tulo ang nasamdan.
Hangtud karon, wala maglurang ang rehimeng US-Duterte sa bangis niining mga atake sa rebolusyonaryong pwersa, dili lang sa rehiyon kundili lakip sa tibuok nasud. Magsilbing dugang hapak ang mga aksyong militar sa rehimen sa pakyas nga pagpugong ni Duterte sa labaw pang pag-abante sa rebolusyonaryong kalihukan nga sa kaulahian maoy maglubong sa iyang rehimen ug tibuok burukrata-kapitalistang sistema sa basurahan sa kasaysayan.
