In the busy public market of Stop Aguinaldo, Barangay San Isidro, Toboso, Negros Occidental, a partisan unit of Roselyn Jean Pelle Command-New People’s Army (RJPC-NPA) today implemented the order of the revolutionary people’s court and the resounding demand of the masses for the punishment of a military spy responsible for the March 18 raid of #DiMasaligan79IB of an NPA temporary encampment in Sitio Bairan, Barangay General Luna of said municipality.
Past 8:10 am today, Elias Palay was busy tending his dried fish shop when RJPC partisans swooped in and fired precise and lethal shots without any collateral damage to properties or harm done to the market goers.
As they withdrew from the market, they encountered Putot Alsado, a known drug peddler, who was armed and tried to respond to the shooting of Palay. The said RJPC partisans attempted to peacefully neutralize and disarm him but he resisted leaving them no recourse but to fight.
Palay was an active spy of #DiMasaligan79IB and has been surveilling the movement of RJPC-NPA units in Barangay General Luna and nearby areas.
Aside from this, he was involved in the plunder of financial resources of a people’s cooperative he took control of and several cases of land grabbing.
While Alsado has been selling shabu in Stop Aguinaldo like candies in the open. But reactionary authorities and law enforcement turned a blind eye.
Recovered from Alsado were one .45 caliber pistol, one KG-9 submachine gun, magazines and ammunitions. Drug paraphernalia were also seized from his possession.
This action demonstrates not only the determination of RJPC-NPA to bring to justice those who commit grave acts of crimes against the masses and their revolutionary movement. But also the heightened capability to launch offensive operations within the national highway and near the town center.
This is made possible by the widening and deepening mass support it enjoyed as the Third Rectification Movement initiated by the Communist Party of the Philippines advances further in Northern Negros.
RJPC-NPA calls on all intelligence assets and peddlers of illegal drugs to surrender to the nearest NPA unit before the long arm of revolutionary justice caught on them wherever they maybe.
