Sine Proletaryo presents “Istatus: NEMR”. This is the fifth in a series of videos presenting the situation and victories of the revolutionary movement in different regions of the country.
“Istatus: NEMR” features the Northeast Mindanao Region, with an interview with Comrade Maria Malaya, Spokesperson of the National Democratic Front of the Philippines in NEMR.
Ka Maria relates how the revolutionary forces, especially the New People’s Army in the region frustrate the regime’s Oplan Bayanihan counter-insurgency program by launching successful tactical offensives.
Agrarian revolution launched by the Communist Party of the Philippines and the New People’s Army benefits tens of thousand families in the region.
