The Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) today congratulated the New People’s Army (NPA) for its latest military victories all over the country. CPP spokesperson Gregorio “Ka Roger” Rosal said in a statement that “the recent series of NPA victories from the Ilocos-Cordillera Region, the Bicol Region, the Visayas and Mindanao against the demoralized and inutile armed forces of the puppet reactionary government only shows how totally baseless and self-delusionary Gloria Arroyo and her new AFP chief of staff’s boast of strategically decimating the revolutionary movement by 2010.
